Welcome to my little corner of the internet, a place where curiosity meets a healthy dose of skepticism. You might be wondering, "Why on earth am I here?" Perhaps we crossed paths in the real world, and in a moment of awkward silence, I mentioned, "Hey, I've got a blog!" Or maybe I was just really excited and sent you the link with the enthusiasm of a kid showing off a new toy. Either way, here you are, and I must warn you: don't expect a fountain of wisdom. This blog is more like a stream of consciousness from someone who often finds themselves diving into tasks to avoid other, serious/important tasks. Yep, that's how this whole thing started!
So here's the deal: While I might not be one to swear by cosmic destinies, I do enjoy a good dive into life's big mysteries. Consider this: if humanity can send rovers to Mars and decode the human genome, surely I can manage to churn out a blog post every so often, right? But don't hold your breath. My relationship with this blog is like that friend who says they're on their way but hasn't even left the house yet (we all have that one friend) or think of it as that gym membership you enthusiastically started in January as new year-resolution, but went only 3 times. OR it's like waiting for a text from someone you have a crush on and who also likes you too, but for many complicated reasons, you both think, it might not work out. Why start something, which might end very badly? Despite this, you are willing to fight for it. However, fear consumes her and every reply comes after days or even weeks, a slow dance of messages that keeps you hanging on. You find yourself crafting messages over mundane things, inquiries you know the answers to or don't truly need, just to flutter in the warmth of fleeting connection. Because deep down, there's a whisper of hope that perhaps your genuine, profound emotions might turn the tide, might make the impossible a shared reality. You dream of being together, but in the end, she fades away, leaving you with memories of what might have been and a heartache that lingers like the long pauses between her messages. Sorry, I had a flashback. Also, a good reminder that we are just HUMANS. All in all, keep your expectations flexible for this blog – time here is more of a concept than a strict schedule!
You might be a whiz in data science or a wizard in math, and that's cool. I'm more of the person who's still trying to figure out the tip on a restaurant bill without using my phone. This blog won't be a lecture series from a guru; it's more like the notes of a curious observer who's always been a bit too fond of asking, "But why?"
